What we own
Shopify systems engineering: storefront, business automations, and email.
You run the brand. We build the systems. This page is what you buy.
What you buy
You don't buy a bucket of hours or a company to manage. You hire a boutique agency for the storefront, the business, and the email so you can stay on content, warehouse, shipping, support, and returns: storefront, business automations, email marketing, or a retainer for tickets and leaks. Then we stay.
Named
Storefront: custom themes, plus custom code, components, integrations, so the next feature isn't another app. Technical SEO and LEO so Google, ChatGPT, and Perplexity can actually read the pages, accessibility so the store is usable plus help with compliance, CRO and speed so the path to buy doesn't leak. That's the store itself. Business automations so a person isn't still in the loop in the business, including work that never touches the store. Email marketing: abandoned-cart flows we can write and implement, and campaigns that drive traffic to the store.
Hire us for a project when you know the job. The retainer is for the misc work that keeps coming up across the storefront, the business, and email, and for finding leaks when that isn't the week. We ship like a Theme Store feature, check a real result, and stay. Speed and leftover code are usually how you got here, and they're not a different business. Neither is the job a person still does in the business.
For specific stack guidance by job and revenue band (which apps to install, skip, or replace with theme code or Flow), see the Shopify Systems Stack directory. This page is what we own. That directory is what to install.
The problem URLs exist so search can land: duplicate carts, events, theme debt, speed. The work is the same shop. The retainer is one offer.
How it starts
Contact us if you know the leak. If not, start with the storefront scan: what's public, about a minute, saved link. That's how it works. The scan is a speed and page-friction score. It cannot see Klaviyo or your admin ops. If that's the leak, we start there.
A handful of brands, on purpose. Misc work is in the retainer, not a ticket pile. Founder-led Shopify, about $50K–$1M a year, usually after freelancers, and not a big email agency.
Who this is not for
- Brands that need a campaign calendar as the main vendor. Keep a Klaviyo shop. We sit beside them.
- Isolated tickets. Hire a freelancer.
- A 15-person agency, a replatform, a headless build. That's a different search. We won't fake it.
If you're founder-led, the product sells, and the leak is in the storefront, the business, or email. That's the job.
Proof, without a logo wall
There isn't an agency roster. The work that exists is Theme Store work: Jarid Warren, 8 years at Troop Themes on Blockshop, Maker, Beyond, Emerge. Features like quick add, the cart drawer, and swatches shipped once and landed on all of them.
The storefront scan is a small tool, not a slide deck. Contact us if you know the leak, or start there. The scan cannot see Klaviyo or your admin ops.
Straight answers.
The storefront (custom themes, custom code, SEO), business automations, and email marketing. A retainer for tickets and leaks, or a project. Not hours, and not a ticket queue.
