What we are not
Not a Klaviyo agency. We run email so it matches the store.
Email marketing is an offer: flows that match checkout, campaigns when that's the job, or we sit beside a Klaviyo shop you already have. Store-side tracking is still ours.
What this actually is
People search "Klaviyo agency" when carts get two emails, when a refund still gets "thanks for your order," when Shopify Email and Klaviyo both send. That is not a calendar problem. It's a store problem with an ESP logo on it.
We don't run Klaviyo for you. Email marketing is an offer: flows and campaigns, implemented so they match checkout, refunds, and restocks. If you already have a Klaviyo shop for a campaign calendar, we sit beside them. Don't fire them.
Store side means the facts and the sender match the store. Cart is a cart. Checkout is checkout. A refund does not get post-purchase. Shopify Email is not also sending the same abandoned checkout. The theme still tracks after a publish. One script, not two.
Do I need a Klaviyo agency?
Do I need a Klaviyo agency? Maybe for a campaign calendar if that's the main product. You still need the store: events, duplicate senders, tracking. We can write the flows and campaigns. We implement them so they match checkout, refunds, and restocks. We can sit beside a calendar shop.
A Klaviyo shop will audit flows and copy. Useful if the data is true. Useless if the store never told Klaviyo about checkout. They are not in the theme. They are not going to turn off Shopify Email and then hunt a leftover snippet.
Founders hire them because the symptom showed up in the inbox. The cause is upstream. "Do I need a Klaviyo agency?" and "Klaviyo Shopify integration broken" are often the same search: the store is the leak, and the only vendor in the room writes emails.
For guidance on which email platform to use at your revenue band (Shopify Email vs Klaviyo vs Mailchimp), see the email systems stack. This page is store-side. That page is which tool.
What we do on the store
- One sending story. Duplicate cart emails.
- Tracking that matches checkout. Shopify Klaviyo events.
- Theme and speed so the next app doesn't undo it.
We don't take their Slack. We can write flows and campaigns. We implement them so they match checkout, refunds, and restocks. If they already have a Klaviyo shop for a campaign calendar, we sit beside them. When the event is wrong, we say so. When the campaign calendar is what's left, that can be theirs or ours. Retention agency vs the store side is the longer compare.
If you only need campaigns and the store already tells the truth, you don't need us. If you only need a one-off paste, hire a freelancer. If the store and Klaviyo don't match, that's us.
Straight answers.
Email marketing is an offer. We can write flows and campaigns when that's the job. We implement them so they match the store. If you need a calendar as the main product, that's a different shop. We can sit beside them.
