Who we are

Konvert Werks operates konvertwerks.com. These terms cover browsing the site, using the storefront scan, and sending a message through the contact form.

Using the site

Use the site lawfully. Do not try to break it, scrape it at scale, or submit URLs or messages you do not have permission to share.

Content on the site—copy, design, and code—is ours or our licensors. Do not copy or republish it without permission.

The storefront scan

The scan is free and informational. You submit a public store URL and a work email. We fetch public HTML, run a lab speed test, and pull Chrome field data when it exists. Results are estimates, not guarantees of revenue, rankings, or checkout behavior.

The scan cannot see your Shopify admin, Klaviyo, or other private systems. Do not treat a pass or fail as a full audit of your stack.

We may change, pause, or remove the scan at any time.

Contact and hiring us

Messages through the contact form are not a contract. Project work, retainers, and paid engagements are governed by a separate written agreement or statement of work.

Disclaimers

The site and scan are provided “as is.” We do not promise uninterrupted access, error-free results, or that fixing an issue we flag will hit a specific metric.

Links to third-party sites (including stores we scan) are not endorsements. Their terms and privacy policies apply on their sites.

Limitation of liability

To the extent allowed by law, Konvert Werks is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the public site or the free scan. Our total liability for claims about the site or scan is limited to the amount you paid us for that specific matter in the twelve months before the claim—or zero if you only used the free scan.

Changes

We may update these terms. The date on this page is when they last changed. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised terms.
