Templates
A set of email templates in your brand, from your type, colors and products, for every flow and campaign after.
Flows
The emails that send themselves: welcome, abandoned cart and checkout, and after purchase. A larger store adds browse and site abandonment as their own flows, winback, and segments for VIPs and product interests.
Campaigns
A monthly calendar, two or three sends a week: new products, stories, reviews and sales, with subject lines and timing tested as we go. Campaigns are the monthly part; the templates and flows are built once.
Built on your store’s own data
We build Shopify stores, so your email runs on what your store actually does. A customer who paid never gets the cart email. Started Checkout and Added to Cart fire when they should. Shopify Email and Klaviyo don’t both send the same message.
Delivered to the inbox
- SPF, DKIM and DMARC on your sending domain, and a dedicated sending domain for Klaviyo.
- An inbox-placement test at launch.
- Sends go to the people who still open, and anyone who bounces, complains or hasn’t opened in a year is suppressed.
Klaviyo or Shopify Email
Klaviyo by default: its flows, segments and Shopify data go further. Shopify Email is enough for a small list, and we’ll say so if that’s you.

Do you guarantee results?
We guarantee the build: flows live within 15 business days, or the build fee is free, and a full refund of the build fee within 14 days if you’d rather not continue, flows kept. We don’t publish an average return, because it would be a guess about your store.
Do we need Klaviyo already?
No. We set it up if you don’t have it. If you send from Shopify Email today, we move you over, or keep you there if your list is small enough that Klaviyo isn’t worth it yet.
Do you write the emails?
Yes: the copy, the design in your brand, and the timing.
Is the campaign retainer a long contract?
No. It’s month to month.
